1. Subject and price
The seller offers his own electronic books for personal reading: INUM — $9.30 (790 RUB); The Continent (complete collection) — $17.55 (1,490 RUB); both books — $23.44 (1,990 RUB). English editions are INUM and The Continent (complete edition), at the same prices. The chosen edition includes PDF and EPUB files; check the language and contents stated in the catalogue before payment. VAT is not charged under the NPD regime.
Free samples are available in the book catalogue. Reading requires a PDF or EPUB reader. No physical book, printing or postal delivery is included. Reading rights do not permit publication or redistribution of complete files without the author’s permission.
2. Ordering and payment
Purchases are currently arranged personally with the author: email hello@inum.ai with the edition, language, your name and contact details. An inquiry is not a payment or confirmed order. Automatic checkout through the separate INUM shop in Robokassa is being connected; until it opens, the website does not accept payment.
Once checkout opens: select the edition and language, check the total price, sign in to the reader account and read these terms before proceeding to the payment service. Available payment methods are shown by the provider. Payment for the chosen order constitutes acceptance of this offer. Before payment you may cancel by closing the page.
Payment is one-off: no subscription, automatic renewal or repeat charges are enabled. Full card details are not disclosed to the seller. After payment the seller provides an electronic NPD receipt to the checkout email. For individually arranged purchases, the payment method, delivery time and delivery method are confirmed in writing before payment.
3. File delivery
For automatic purchases, PDF and EPUB links appear in the order in the reader account after server verification of payment. Electronic delivery is included in the price. An automatic email with files is not the delivery method. Keep your sign-in details and recovery code private.
If you have paid but files have not appeared or will not open, email hello@inum.ai with the order number, date and amount. Do not pay again.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Before the first download you may cancel the purchase for a full refund. If a file is defective, incomplete, does not match its description or access is not provided, you may choose a working file or a refund. Wrong amounts and duplicate payments may also be reported. Downloading does not remove statutory consumer rights.
Send your request to hello@inum.ai with the order number, date, amount and reason. Do not send full card details, CVV or passwords. Requests are reviewed within 10 calendar days. Any refund due is issued within 10 calendar days of receiving the request, to the original payment method, without deducting bank or payment processor fees.
After a refund, download access for the refunded order ends. If the bank delays displaying the refund, the seller provides confirmation. These terms do not limit rights under applicable law.
