Seller and data controller

Ivan Yuryevich Grigorev (Григорьев Иван Юрьевич) is self-employed under Russia’s professional income tax regime (NPD). Tax ID 390702969994. INUM is the name of his own project, not a separate legal entity.

1. Data and processing purposes

The reader account processes a username, protected authentication and recovery data and session information. Orders involve the edition, language, amount, date, payment identifier and status. The receipt email is shared with the payment service. Full card details are entered with that service and are not received by INUM.

Email inquiries contain the name, contact details and message you provide and are used to respond, agree an order, perform the contract or process a refund. Do not send unnecessary passport, medical or banking information.

Interactive tools use scenario parameters to calculate and display results. In the dialogue account, messages and necessary context may be sent to the connected AI provider for a response. Do not include other people’s personal data or secrets in messages.

2. Grounds, access and sharing

Processing is based on entering into and performing a contract or user request, consent where necessary and legal obligations. Hosting and technical providers process data needed to operate their functions; the payment provider processes payment and receipt data. Account access requires authentication. Legally required disclosures to authorities may occur. Data is not sold or used for marketing mailings without separate consent.

3. Cookies, retention and deletion

Technical cookies support sign-in sessions; language and scenario preferences may be saved in the browser. Server logs contain technical request information for operation and security. Disabling technical cookies may prevent account sign-in.

Data is stored in a private server system until its processing purpose is fulfilled or the contract ends, except for mandatory retention of payment and other records. On a deletion request, the controller explains what has been deleted and what must be retained by law.

4. Rights and requests

You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent by emailing hello@inum.ai. Provide your username or order number, but not your password. If needed, the controller will explain a safe way to verify account ownership. Responses are provided within the statutory period.

Withdrawal ends processing based solely on consent and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Features requiring deleted data may become unavailable. The current policy is published on this page.
